WHAT A DAY!

SENIOR COMMUNITY DAY 2026 WAS HANDS DOWN THE BEST ONE YET!

 

On Friday, August 7th, we celebrated the 15th Annual Senior Community Day at Orchard View High School in Muskegon, and what an incredible day it was!

 

From 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., our senior community came together for a FREE day filled with fun, learning, resources, activities, great food, laughter, and connection.

 

There was truly something for everyone — from Tune In with Hummingbirds, Art with Char Little, Cooking for 2, Compassion in Action, balance assessments, blood pressure checks, hearing screenings, and wheelchair & walker tune-ups to the Secretary of State Mobile Office, MATS GO2 Bus Service, vendor booths, mini manicures, seminars, door prizes, Bingo, Giant Tetris, an old-time photo booth, live entertainment, and so much more!

 

And of course, we can’t forget the FREE breakfast and lunch that kept everyone fueled throughout the day!

 

But what makes Senior Community Day so special isn’t just everything we offer — it’s the people. The smiles, conversations, friendships, laughter, and sense of community throughout the day were absolutely amazing.

 

A HUGE thank you to every vendor, presenter, volunteer, student, staff member, sponsor, and community partner who helped make our 15th anniversary celebration such a tremendous success. And to everyone who attended — THANK YOU for making Senior Community Day what it is. We are so grateful to celebrate with you!

 

15 years. Thousands of smiles. One incredible community.
