2019 SMG Board of Directors
The Senior Marketing Group of the Greater Muskegon Area is a group of professionals from an array of businesses that provide services to the aging population in West Michigan. These professionals include Business Owners, Consultants, Marketing Professionals, Service Providers and Business Administrators. Every one of them are committed toward working together to educate and inform the seniors in the area about the available services and options that would improve their quality of life during their golden years.
SMG Muskegon is a very active organization.
They host annual events such as Vendor Fairs at Trinity Health and the ever popular Parade of Senior Homes which affords seniors or their caregivers the opportunity to walk through the many Assisted Living and Rehab/Skilled Nursing facilities in the area to become better acquainted with options they may come to utilize at some point in their lives. As an organization, SMG Muskegon gathers together four times per year to share information as well as be educated by guest speakers who address topics that are important to their businesses and the services they provide to seniors.
The organization is headed by a Board of Directors selected from within the membership at large.
The Board of Directors meets regularly to administer the group's business, set policies, plan and organize events and establish project oversight committees.
